All prices are shown in NOK and include 25% Norwegian VAT. Shipping costs are not included. In case of shipping outside Norway, the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to

country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, additional payments, charges, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, charges, etc.

At the moment we do not offer tax-free purchases on orders.

 

T/RAW AS reserves the right to change the prices. The prices will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa and MasterCard via PayPal and Stripe. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is registered and approved by T/RAW Jewellery AS.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which confirms receipt of the order and contains the details of the order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail about any delays.

SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched within 2-6 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Norwegian orders - which are in stock - will be delivered within 2-5 days from the day

you received your shipping confirmation. For international orders the delivery time will depend on the customer’s location.

International orders - which are in stock - will be delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on customs and carrier. Please note that because the products are handmade there may be some delays in your delivery, due to high demand. We will do our best to get the product to you as quickly we can.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your recent purchase, or if the item you purchased was not up to your expectations, you must notify us within two weeks after having received your item(s) and ship it to T/RAW AS within the following two weeks from having notified us. For returns please contact post@t-raw.com and wait for our return confirmation. You can return your order by the following procedure after receiving the conformation: Articles can only be returned if they are still welded and packed in their original hygiene slips and/or packages. If the item by any chance have been damaged by postage when, please notify us. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria. Place the product in a padded shipping box or a padded envelope, together with the original sales receipt.
